Land acquisition for future development

Since the launch of Belmore Developments, an impressive number of land acquisitions have already been achieved but more land is currently being sought.

With strong financial resources, technical capability and business flexibility we are able to acquire a wide range of sites with planning consent or that with planning potential.

Examples of sites acquired include that of Belmore’s acquisition of Otter House in Lymington and Lavender Road in Hordle.

Belmore Developments recognise that property development is a complex business and that a “one size fits all” approach is unlikely to maximise the value of an individual site. We are actively acquiring sites within our core operating area within a 70 mile radius of Lymington and would be interested to discuss any opportunities that might suit our requirement. We can move quickly and as a private company can structure a land deal on a flexible basis.
